About Me
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in rebuilding, strengthening, and healing relationships. I hold a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from King’s University College at Western University and completed advanced clinical training at Family Service Thames Valley. I use evidence-based approaches including EFT, EMDR, the Gottman Method, CBT, and DBT, with a strong focus on relationship and trauma work.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative, evidence-based process that helps you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the challenges you face. Therapy supports emotional growth, trauma recovery, stress management, and meaningful change in your life and relationships.
