About Me
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with both a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from King’s University College at Western University. I completed an advanced clinical internship at Family Service Thames Valley and have over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, parents, and families.
I am deeply committed to the people I work with and bring empathy, warmth, and respect to every therapeutic relationship.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore what lies beneath the surface. Together, we identify emotional and attachment patterns, gently address trauma, and work toward meeting unmet needs—supporting healing, personal growth, and stronger, more connected relationships
I’m trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), the Gottman Method, Adult Attachment Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My work is grounded in a deep focus on relationships and trauma, helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to heal.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and a proud mom to three amazing boys. Family time is really important to me; I love cooking and experimenting with baking together with my family at home. I enjoy creating new family traditions while also honouring the ones we’ve always held close.
I love having people over and creating a space where friends and family can relax, have fun, and feel connected. When I have downtime, I love enjoying the outdoors, especially the beach during the warmer months. My faith is an important part of my life, and I’m actively involved in my local church, where I enjoy helping out and organizing community events.
